We purchased this car in oct 2024 and they have had it in there service center since January. Thanks to the service department for offering a good deal and getting me in and out fast as possible.

Disappointed that they did not come through on some of our requests. We asked for the car we wanted to test drive to be charged 4 hrs prior to our appt and it was not. As we were processing paperwork the car was still not charging for us. We asked multiple times for the interior to be cleaned prior to purchase and there was still dirt marks on the back of the passenger seat and dirt/mud spots on the steering wheel and dashboard. The service department was quick and responsive for scheduling and completing my service appointment. My vehicle was completed on the early side of the promised time window.

My vehicle was taken in without and appointment and returned to me "mostly" fixed in a timely manner. The only negatives are that one of my problems still persists and have to drive 30 minute to the dealership to have them attempt to repair it again.

Repairs are done to factory specifications and appointments are kept and not a lot of delays.

Poor customer service. They don't return phone calls My car was dropped off on November 25. All it needed was a fuse. Nine days later I finally got it back after they got the fuse from Vacaville dealership. Doughty I will ever use Davis KIA again.

They pay no attention to previously scheduled appointments. And do the minimum work required. Even if a little extra effort would do a better job

Horrible experience, nothing was done on my vehicle. There has also been no follow up on the recall part coming in, or from the manager that I’ve called and emailed regarding my experience.

Super professional. Clear, open communication. They were willing to listen to and work with customers. It was a nice experience and we got the car we wanted at a very competitive price. They felt like real people not like sales dudes working us over like it can feel sometimes at dealerships.

Actual work is fine. Poor communication at all levels. They don’t return phone calls. Fail to estimate how long work will take. Drop off process is inefficient and wastes a lot of time

My experience with Steve, internet sales manager, was great. He made sure I got every rebate possible, was kind and outgoing to both my daughter and I and made sure we felt like we were part of the family.

I have a 2024 Jeep and they tried to say I put aftermarket lights and scammed me out of 300 for a diagnostic. I will not be going here anymore.

Horrible service . Waited about an hour before they could find the keys to match the car we inquired about. Not able to Test drive due to a dead battery was told I could return it if after driving it if I didn’t like it… Then After taking delivery of the vehicle being told I can’t return it.. very unhappy with dealership overall. Not recommended
